More On The Compensation Plan

Coming in at  Pacesetter with an Advantageship:

Pacesetter is a  Qualification Plan for a 6% company wide Bonus  pool. Step one in that plan is to do a one time only purchase of 500 Volume points. That purchase basically flips the  switch in the computer, it qualifies you for the entire time  that you are a member of Waiora.  That qualification is  activated ony month that you personally sponsor 5 or more  people as members in your Waiora Team. That activation by  sponsoring 5  is step two. You may qualify with the  sponsorships of 5 or more every month or any month that you are with Waiora. Step three is you must have an active  advantageship (autoship) with a minimum of 100 volume  points.

Pacesetter Maximizes the pay  plan. Points are attained  depending on the initial sign up of a personally sponsored  member.  These  points  become shares in the Pacesetter Bonus Pool which is 6% of the company's monthly  sales.

Here are the points  values:

100 - 199 pv =  1  pt, 
200 - 499 pv =  2 pts,
over 500 pv =   5  pts.    

* Pacesetter package can also  provided extra product to share with others or retail to others. The Pacesetter  package can be purchased at the time of enrolling or any other time. The distributor meets the volume requirements for the Fast Start Bonuses for that month  and the next month. Advantageship can have 100 pv  sent to the distributor and an additional 100 pv  drop shipped somewhere else if  needed.

We recommend a member  be on a 200 pv Advantageship to receive maximum Fast Start  Bonuses. The 500pv and 200 pv  entry level will pay as follows:

Fast Start Bonuses:  25%  on personal sign ups 10  % on the people your people sign up 

Remember your Fast  start Bonuses are paid based on your previous months advantage  ship. Your first month is the only exception to this  rule.  If you enter the business with a first purchase of  140 points for example you may upgrade anytime that  month to either 200 pv or the pacesetter 500 pv for your  fast start to be maximized.

Coming in at 100  pv:
Fast Start Bonuses:  10% on personal sign ups

Advantageship  Options:

200  pv:
Fast Start  Bonuses:  25% on personal sign ups and 10% on people they sign up

100  pv:
Fast Start  Bonuses:  10% on personal sign ups

Additional ways  to earn more Fast Start Bonuses when on a 100pv Advantageship:

1.      If  you  have additional volume that is not Advantageship that is 100 pv - 199 pv, Fast Start Bonuses are: 20% on personal sign-ups

2.   If you  have additional volume that is not Advantageship more that 200, Fast Starts Bonuses are: 25% on personal sign ups and 10% on people they sign up.

  *  Here are some Fast  Start Bonus examples:

        1. Coming in at 500 pv or 200 pv with a 200 pv  Advantageship for the following month, Fast Start Bonus for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd months are: 25% on personal sign ups and 10% on people they sign up.

               2. Coming in at 200 pv with a 100 pv Advantageship for the  following month, Fast  Start Bonuses are: 1st and 2nd month 25% on personal sign ups and 10% on people they sign up. The 3rd month , you receive 10% on personal sign ups

       3.  Coming in at 100 pv with a 100 pv Advantageship for the  following month, Fast Start Bonuses for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd months are: 10% on personal sign ups.

           4.  Coming in at 100 pv with a 200 pv Advantageship for the  following month, Fast Start Bonuses are: 1st and 2nd month at: 10% on personal sign ups

       The 3rd month offers 25% on personal sign ups and 10% on people they sign up

  ** This is why it is important  to maximize the pay plan to be on the 200 pv  Advantageship.

Ruby  Bonus:
Is a one time bonus  paid to distributors that achieve the rank of Ruby.  The  company sets aside 2% company's  monthly sales into the Ruby Bonus Pool.  The amount of  the bonus is determined by that  months sales and the amount of distributors that  qualify.

Monthly Organizational Commissions
At the end on each calendar month, distributors can  qualify at one of the six ranks.  The qualifications are based on the size and structure  of your organization. The following summarizes the qualifications required and commissions earned at each rank.  The personal volume is with a monthly active Advantageship:

Bronze
  1. Personal volume of  100
  2. No organization
  3. Earn  5% on your first level

 Silver
  1. Personal volume of  100
  2. You have two Bronze Distributors  on your first level
  3. Earn 10%  on your first level

Gold
  1. Personal volume of  100
  2. You have two legs with a Silver  Distributor in each leg in your first 3 levels
  3. A total of 1,000 in group  Volume  in your first 3 levels
  4. Earn on 3 levels  of volume: 7%, 8%,  and 10%

  Ruby
  1. Personal  volume of 100
  2. You have two legs with a Gold Distributor in each leg within your first 5 levels
  3. A total of 5,000 in Group volume  in your first five levels
  4. Earn on five  levels of volume; 3%, 5%, 7%, 8%, and 10%

Emerald
  1. Personal volume  of 200
  2. You have three legs with a Ruby Distributor in each leg within your first seven levels
  3. A total of 30,000 in group  volume in your first seven levels
  4. You then earn on seven levels of volume; 1%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 7%,  8%, and 10%

Diamond
  1.  Personal volume  of 200
  2.  You have three legs with a  Emerald distributor in each leg within your first Nine levels
  3. A total of 150,000 in group  volume in the first nine levels
  4. You  then earn on nine levels of volume; 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%,  7%, 8%, and 10%

Diamond Bonus Position (DBP-Earned at the  time Diamond is attained)

This is a very unique and  powerful component that will accelerate a Diamond's earnings  and create some of the largest checks ever in  network marketing.  The DBP is a new distributor position, frontline to your existing  contract, that you own and earn from.  All the volume that is built below this contract is earned by you twice. Once from your DBP and again by your original distributorship.

Imagine getting paid twice on the same volume!

Most plans, handsomely pay you, for the people you personally sponsor and your group begins and many times ends with your personal effort.

This plan, however, is unique in that we can build a team, and help that team by adding members to that team with out giving up personal enrolling benefits for that member.

That means some of your members can be placed under your position by someone above you in the pay plan. "That means we believe in the adoption plan."

We don't ask you to parent them but we do ask you to share in the benefits. Cash the check.  

We are all paid very well to sponsor and bring in new members so we certainly encourage you to do that. As you do you will be developing a strong team of people working together to create multiple sources of revenue.

Some Great Reasons to look at this as a team sport:
Organizational commissions maxed out:

2 X 5 X 140  = $742.00 (2 legs times 5 levels times 140 volume  points equals pay checks)  pay check each month from this one commission source. Plus your Ruby bonus the first  Ruby month.

This would generate monthly Gold checks of  $508.20 and Ruby  $4649.40

Using the same basis then imagine as we build out our legs in strength and numbers we would see some other great numbers for  example:

3 X 7 X 140pv       Emerald would pay out $41,924.40 (That is monthly). 
3 X 9 X 140pv       Diamond Pays out $378,898.80

Not bad and again a team sport so all the people you are helping are helping themselves to lifetime residual incomes based on believable and reproducible numbers.

So basically build two until the they are strong then build three legs until each leg is or has a strong and independent Emerald leg then move into your Diamond position with double pay for doing the same thing build two until they are strong then build three until each of those legs has strong independent Emeralds moving toward their own Diamond and Double Diamond Positions.

What we have is a pay plan that pays us to do what is in your best interest to do.

More importantly each of the pay plan benefits is also in the best interest of every member of your team to do.
